When booking your reservation to stay at Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge, please be sure to inform the agent or notate in the requests field any special requests you may have. Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge has limited availability of some amenities and it is best to reserve it in advance.

 

ACCESSIBILITY ACCOMMODATIONS

• Shower Chairs (limited availability through the front desk)

• Ground Level based upon availability and unit type.

• Access Ramps from the parking lot areas

 

STAIR ACCESSIBLE ONLY

All areas of the resort may be accessed without the use of stairs, however there are stairs throughout the property. Our Resort offers ramps, wheel chair lifts and/ or alternate entrances without steps for guest.
